XRS has no options. It comes loaded.
I'd love to tell you but my Canadian Peso's don't translate well to American Greenbacks.

In Canada we get only the fully loaded version, but in US they get a base model and they can add options to it.

Whoops me bad. All the preview info I saw seemed to indicate 1 model fits all. Lucky SOB's! I would love to have gotten my XRS without a sunroof.

I kind of like the options instead one with NO options.

Ya, Im looking to get the upgraded pwr windows, remote keyless entry, 5-piece carpeted floor mat set, sound system upgrade, and (MAYBE) the security system upgrade.

Can someone tell me what the ( REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR ) is?
Is it an upgrade that is needed?

Rear bumper protector is this ugly black plastic strip that goes on the topside of the bumper right infront of the trunk lid. It's to protect your paint if you rest shopping bags on the fender - or if you have stuff sticking out of the trunk - like lumber. If you're gettign an XRS, don't waste your $$ on that option.

Re: What did you pay for your XRS? thx's

Better hurry up since it is a limited edition model this year. Toyota will make only 5000 of those this year and that is why you would not see more 1 or 2 per showroom.

I think it really depends on where you live, because I think the price is a little different from state to state. I would suggest dealerships outside the city, because they don't have the tendancy of ripping people off. Besides outside the city the land does not cost as much as in the city, so the price would be lower by maybe $1000 or even more.

Not sure about the American Prices but in canada our Mark-up is a measly 7% I am a sales Rep at a Toyota Dealership in Bowmanville Ontario and just purchased my XRS at Dead Cost. I saved a total of $1648. so don't be expecting Thousands of dollars off. if you save 600-800 you are getting a good deal, and Yes XRS is a limited production run for 2005. So if you wait to long and supply is low they will be less likely to negotiate on the price.
