You can use AE86 suspension parts to upgrade TE72. Overall, it's the same design, but the design of the AE86 chassis is more or less the "more improved" version.

Good luck....

i just came across a 82 'rolla, and it was free, so i said why not. how can i tell if it is a KE70 or a TE72? also, what parts are interchangable from AE86 to this car without doing much mods when using these parts. Thanks for all your help guys and girls

Yeah go pop your hood and in the back of it there would be a metal rectangluar sign. It tell you everything about you car make and engine, If you look down the left side for "Model" and scroll over to the right it will tell you the Car Code the first four Characters will tell you what the make is. AS far as what proformence parts you can use I'm still trying to figure that out. The guy above said you can use Eight-Six parts on the TE72 or well at least for supsension if you have any more questions, I may not be the best person to ask, but I will do my best to find an answer for ya
