13b ae86

Hi, I just got ahold of a ae86coupe with a blow head for $100. I am going to have a spare 13b and am wondering if any of you have done this before. I just want an idea of what the mounts might look like. I'm not worried about getting the engine running, I am going to carburate it.

magic satchel... congratulations for purchasing this car. i've seen the 13B, 12A, 13BT done in an AE86 before but mostly in Asia. but you living in Florda, i would drive around town go to each Puerto Rican mechanic shop and i'm sure they'll be able to make you the mounts. or go to some drag events in Florida coz i'm sure they'll all be there, and just ask them nicely. very approachable guys and maybe you can ask some tips.

btw, this will be a sick swap with a big Holley carb IMO.

I will be sure to post some pics after I get it in there. I have to throw the 13bt in my rx7 convertible first. I should have it done pretty soon after. I am going to rip out that 4ag when I tear the 13b out of my rx7, so I'll have a 1/3 of the work done. Me and my friend just put a 350 in a 97' s-10 and we had to make custom mounts using the old 4 cyl ones, works dam good, and is fast as fuck.
