Where and how to replace the thermostat?

blah blah blah, 4AF engine, just bought the thermostat...now i have no idea where it is.

can someone lead me in the right direction?

from the lower radiator hose, follow it back to the engine, you will see a housing attached via 2 10mm nuts/bolt, the thermostat will be sitting inside

when you install the thermostat remmeber to place the jiggle valve (the hole) upwards
