Wow...if this is the same car that you put Seafoam into the "carb" ..STOP and take it to a mehanic. You've been dealing with this car post after post and it's only getting worse.

I'm guessing when you poured Seafoam into the motor (bad move to begin with) and fired it up, there was a bit of a misfire and you set a code.

So...you've got a bad O2 sensor. It's not the cause of the misfire and it won't be cheap. Depending on which one it is (pre/post cat) you're lookin at between $100-$200 for a Bosch.

My advice. Don't mess with the important part of the engine.

By the way 04's dont have carbs, because they cant pass emissions with them.
You poured seafoam in the fuel tank and connected it to the throttlebody? Maybe the seafoam f'ed up your fuel injection or who knows what else.

It's not under warranty due to a hole was found in the intake tube after i bought it! It was getting trouble codes before the Seafoam brother!! The Seafoam was used as directed and no it wouldn't as far as i know mess up fuel injectors because it's made to clean the injectors!! I poured in the intake as directed and then added it to my fuel tank! Each place u put it cleans different things. By adding it to the intake it cleans Carbon fron valves, cylinders, and a couple of other things. Adding it to the fuel tank it cleans the injectors ect...
No i didn't wash my engine!!! I was told it could be my 02 and my spark plug coil!! What u think?

Bring your car to a mechanic and ask their opinion. Maybe get two mechanics...much better. Consult and expert dude!

No we're not cruel, we're realistic, you wont find the problem by yourself guessing what ever would be the reason. You need to get the codes and get the car fixed by a professional.
