aligment problems

Heys guys Im having problems with the aligment on my 1990 Corolla DX Sedan. Well the car used to pull to the right and the steering wheel was to the left side when going foward. We replaced the part for the aligment, sorry but I forgot the name of the piece. I then proceeded to get it aligned. Then it would only pull to the right very little(not noticeable) but now its back to how it started.

Now my question is, could it be the shocks?

They probably replaced your tie rod...Did you get a print out(a must) when they gave you the alignment? most places will guarantee the alignment for a certain time frame, should have taken it back at the first sign of pulling again. also some cars need a four wheel alignment which alot of the "gas stations" don't even do...if the back isn't aligned it throws your front off sort of like a dog walking...also it could be a bent frame, you didn't say how long you had the car before it starting doing this...if you just bought it I would do a vehicle info search to see if your car was ever in a accident...hope this helps

Ive had the car for about 3-4 years. No it didnt have the problem before....no accidents either.

Im thinking it might be the suspension, our mechanic is coming today to check it. But the suspension is horrible its been needing a change for a while now. Also I feel the car is tilted to the right front(to where it pulls).....so yea most likely suspension

BTW: Guys what suspension do you suggest? Stock or can I get better for around same price, keep in mind that I dont race. So yea I just need an everyday driving setup.

You can always do better than factory shockies, and you dont neccesarily need good shockies just for racing, they'll help out everywhere. Not sure as to which ones to suggest as I've not needed any, but stiff ones will handle better while softer ones will give a more comfortable ride.

I want something inbetween, I like to take fast turns, but I also want something to make my ride as smooth as possible.

Well my mechanic told me that the douche aligners didnt do it right. They left something or another wrong so it can mess up and you had to go back. Douchebags.
