AE101 Headlight Wiring

hi guys, i need some help about my AE101 headlamp wiring. i got my car's H4 bulb upgraded with an aftermarket bulb with higher wattage and there's a big need for me to put additional relays (two pcs - low/hi) and wirings. i got the relays wired out and when i am going to tap them, i just cannot figure out which of the three wires from the original sockets would i tap them. can anyone help me or atleast send me a wiring diagram?

problem: when i go for high beams, the low beams doesnt turn off...
