So last Thursday I ordered Semperit Sport-Grip winter tires from Discount Tire. It was going to be $300 altogether. Today I get a call that my tires are in. I go over there and the guy says my Hankooks are in. I go out to the car and get my original order. As it turns out I did order the Semperits but they aren't available this year. Discount tire changed my order to the next available tire, which was the Hankook W300 Ice Bear. That is a $44 difference per tire, and they just ate the difference. Here is the link to the tire I got, it looks like i'll get some decent mileage out of it even if I do drive on dry pavement most of the winter.

Discount tire still has the Semperit on their web page so if anyone is looking for winter tires it wouldn't be a bad idea to print it out and order them, i'm sure you'll get bumped up like me. I've always had great luck with discount tire. Go DISCOUNT TIRE!
