I'm burning my AE86! Then I am selling the ashes...
I have never SEEN a car with more problems than my AE86. I am at the end or my rope with this car and am contemplating burning it... Where do I start...
1. it's been in and out of the bodyshop since May (And the paint is still not right)
2. I had to wait 5 months for my TRD shipement
3. I've had my L.S.D on order for 7 months now (and it's not looking good)
4. I purchased a 4agze from Tiger Japanese Auto Parts and realized the block was cracked and the motor had over 200 xxxkms on it (AND THEY WOULDNT TAKE IT BACK!)
5. I rebuilt the motor with 3 different motors, so you can guess the problems I came across.
6. I had a beautiful set of 8:1 OEM 4agze pistons and couldnt find the right rings for it, So I had to go aftermarket pistons.
7. I am banned from purchasing ANYTHING from any local toyota dealership because of the ring situation.
8. I am using a supra tranny therefore I had to buy 2 clutchs. Now I just realized a sprung W50 Clutch disc wont fit in a T50 pressure plate. So i'm fucked!
9. I went to put my motor together and realized the COMPLETE engine gasket set was for the wrong car. And I cant return it cause it was a special order item...
Do I need to go on? Cause theres more...

I think your manic episodes are getting the best of you, settle down, research and plan what you are about to do the next time, and ask us, we most likely can be of at least some help
you know, problems 1 to 9 really have nothing to do with the actual car. Its either vender related, failure to properly check components before installation, or part identity mix-up.
But if you must burn, donate the car to me. I don't mind dissecting another 86
And when I'm done you can burn all you want, I'll join you, never tried that way of killing a 86 before
