How the fuk do I disable the stupid ignition/clutch sensor on an AE92 GTS?? I know someone out there knows where it is and how to take it off.. My Car keeps pissing me off, It's been doing this for a long time. This morning I try to start my car.. click click! no start.. so I figured maybe my battery is low again.. push the car down my spot to see if I can get enough room to jumpstart it. After a couple of minutes of trying to move the car by myself I gave up.. sit down inside and try to start it.. damn thing just cranks and starts!! I know its the stupid clutch pedal sensor.. somehow its fuking up once a while.
bad ground perhaps? something not wires properly? ie. stereo, ps2, electric shaver, hair dryer, etc.
when my alarm was put in, the brake pedal sensor was 'nudged' so that it would depress when it liked = dead battery, several times. took awhile for me to figure it out, but afterwards, it was smooth sailing. i figured it out when i was waling back to the car, and its brake lights were on. for a second, i thought someone was trying to jack it

I was just going to ask you what Craig did Ren. If when you crank the key the car is just dead and you don't hear or see anything then it might be the clutch pedal not reaching far enough or not making contact with the switch.
Now there are several issues here, if it is making a click then it's definitely your starter because I'm having that problem right anow and apparenly AE92 are notorious for those. I had a few incidents where my car wouldn't start and I realize that it is the stupid rubber floor matt (Crappy Tire) that's preventing the pedal from going all the way down. So to solve this issue I trimmed the top of the mat because it was raised about 1 inch, so that solved the problem.
It could also be your battery contact, another problem I had with my car, the battery looked great but it was not starting, a simple tap on the battery would make it start.
Check these issues and if you need anything, give me a call man.. Good luck
if u wanna get rid of that whole system, theres a little button type thing at the top of the clutch pedal and somehow rid that to be pushed in all the time (probably by connecting the two wires coming otu of it) - Maybe its not that simple on AE92's and thats why your asking but thats what it is for most older cars

i say connect the two wires for the switch....and then if it keeps up fix the starter. Last time i checked its a good idea to put a heat shield or heat protection wrap on starters on our cars because where the starter sits is real close to the exhaust.
Thanks guys.. I think the switch might just be old now, so I'm guessing it just doesn't contact once a while.. And Ahmed.. it's not my starter, this problem has been intermittent since I got my car, almost 3 years and more than 120,000km now.. if it was the starter I would have gone a long time ago.
I know it doesn't work in the summer because of heat soak.. if I let the car sit for while to cool down, the car will start.
EJ86 your comment had nothing to do with the post, next time keep your retarded comments to your fucking self. And by the way its not ghetto.. around here its Boro!
