Canada gas tank

does ne1 know how much the bracket to hold up the gas tank is??? mine is like haning........ n i need to know how much it is so i can work sumthin out... thx

canadian and american prices are totally different.. call a Toyota dealership and see how much they'll charge you for it.. You might have to go in and look at the catalog on the computer to see that you're getting the right part though, as they might not know which part it is unless you're there to recognize it. Trust me, I've had that happened before, where I've ordered something and go pick it up and its not the right thing.

You're in Scarboro.. try Brimmell.. I've noticed their parts prices are somehow a bit cheaper than most other dealerships (I guess having Toyota Canada 5 mins away helps when it comes to their shipping cost )

I saw a red AE86 with hanging gas tank going north in Midland. Why not try using the metal chain to hold the tank up. I have use it in mine.

haha that was mine.. its half red and half black right?? ya i live on midland..... that's my car..... ne ways thx for all your elp guys iv fixed the gastank yesterday...... i went to brimmell and they told me that part im lookin for is already discontuine so they told me to go to a body shop and get a new metal put on and start weldin..... and i did that and now the gastank is fine...... thx for all your help guy

btw i'll get to get sum pic of the car posted up soon coz it just got repainted like 2 weeks ago and the car as no rust on it.. body is mint.... im goin to take pix of the car on friday with my friend.. coz i talked ot hankook tires and they need pic of my car for the sponsorship
