Rear sway bar bushings replacement

Hi
I think I finally located where the rattling noise in my car came from. I've had this when going over small bumps etc for almost a year now. Couldn't figure out what it was until now.

Turns out that my bushings on the rear sway (stabilizer) bar are cracked. How do I replace them? With what? (original Toyota or some polyurethane upgrades). Thinking it should be enough to unscrew the 2 bolts holding the metal bracket or am I being optimistic ? Do I have to take something else off?

The car is a '95 Corolla hatch 1.6 XLi manual, all stock with 120.000 km on it

What kind of grease is needed to lube the bushings?

Had those bushings changed. No more rattling Now I'm thinking about lubing the front bushings as well before they crack. Is there some special kind of grease that should be used ? One that somehow protects the rubber bushing?

Use some marine application grease.
It resists wash out and should last longer than convetional grease.
You can get full synthetic from people like Pennzoil AMSOIL Phillips66, etc.

Good luck
