clutch

does ne1 know how to fix this prob.....
i have a 1985 rolla GTS

i dunno whats wonrg with the clutch... sumtimes when i leave the car sittin 2 long my clutch gets really really soft like its not even there (no pressure at all) but when i look under the hood i have fluide inside the bottle..... and when im driving my car will feel really funny... on 1 n 2 gear when i get to like 5000rpm the car starts jerking and rpm and when i get on the highway 3, 4 and 5 starts jerkin at like 4500 and its really scarying me.... does ne1 know wut the prob is..... the day my car had no clutch fluide at all and i went to crappy tires and got a bottle of DOT 4 after i put it in everthing was mine..... i took 3 all the way to 7000 and it had no prob at all.... so i know theres sumthin about the clutch that's making the jerkin effect.... can ne1 help me with this prob???? is just the clutch sliping.... a leek in the holes.... bad tranny.... wut can it b??

just bleed it at the slave cylinder..... could probably use new fluid anyways

Has no one heard of a FSM? I guess not. http://www.hachilife.com/garage/?manual=cover would be the online version of it, there's another one but I forgot.

toyotaspeed90 told you where to bleed it. Passenger side tranny. Jack your car up and you'll see a nipple. Bleed it from there. You could also bleed it from the bmc.

If you bleed it and it doesn't fix it, your slave or mast cylinder might be loose or broken. Definately bleed it first as that's a relatively cheap option.

ya i bleed the clutch today and it didnt really work out so well still doin the same thing again.. air gettin into the clutch... so i took it over to my buddy Ken at "KSRD" and hes gonna get a new clutch master cylinder for me and it will b installed tomorrow.... thx u once again for all your help but this onnly fix the prob of my car and its makin a bigger hold in my wallet =(
