got a new AE92 lately ...

a few known problems iwth it...and i am hoping for some answers...

1. the wipers won't work... i see the wiper blades attempt to move (they shake a lil when i turn them on), but they wont...

2. hand brake cables need adjustment

3. somehow it's hard to shift in to 1st and 2nd, it's pretty stiff, going to change tranny fluid and see if it helps...

4. it comes with a rice muffler...

ractive universal muffler, gonna take that down, anyone knows if it's any good performance wise?

5. it comes iwth a ractive intake, any good??

6. doors need lubricatig on the hinge...

7. moon roof is messed... need to rebuild it...

8. the previous owner had a system in the trunk..so he too the trunk apart and somehow screwed it up a lil..need to adjust that

9. is the engine a redtop or bluetop... it's a jdm spec engine..it doesn't have tvis..so i think it's a redtop...please see pic..

everything is lil things.. over i love this frame... inside is pretty much clean..underbody is amazing...

Ah-long.. Did you buy the car from QuikGTS just this week? I noticed its black and no stickers.. that's what he said his car was, plus the jdm motor.

Its not the snow that wreaks havoc up here.. its the stupid salt they use to melt the snow.

That's ok though.. my day will come.. I'm still trying to find out this dude in Ottawa who had a 90 GTS with 120,000km original.

i saw the psot in afternoon, went @ midnight... got the deal done @ 2am...
rims were pretty nice... a set of 15 inch BBS rims included...

i'll psot more frame and under body pics later...
and as soon as spring starts.. i need to get the car refinished, get rid of some rust... chop the rice muffler off... get new summer tires..mount the BBS on, waxing etc... this and that

when i first got my GT-S i needed a new caliper on one side because it was sticking also needed to buy a E brake bracket.... as far as the muffler goes is the whole exhaust done or is the muffler the only thing replaced ??? if the whole exhaust is replaced it should be all good but if your not for the sound then id get sumthing different.... as far as the intake its OK what i would do is spend the extra buck and get a K&N universal filter they are prolly the best you can get and also be sure to buy the K&N oil and cleaner u should get a discount on that once u buy the filter but its only like 10 bucks this stuff works great !!!! when i first got my GT-S the shifting was pretty stiff as well all i did was take the boot off and work sum lubricant in their and drive it for a few days and squirt some more in their eventually with some use it will get very very easy and work fine... your GT-S almost looks lowered

yes i hate the dam salt they put on the roads im dam lucky i dont have to drive my yota in the winter just the other day i went by a plow truck and i thought he was droppen marbles down the road it was really bad i got nailed with like 20 lil salt pebbles.... good luck with the car and hope i helped u out a bit

yea..it is lowered..but not professionally..as far as i kno, the previous owner only did the springs...

if possible, i am looking into a full suspension system replaced...

ok...someone tell me, does the Redtop eat bronze, silver or gold gas....
