need help with heater blower on AE86

I need help fast on my heater blower. All of the sudden it stopped working. Hasn't been working for the past couple days and it's been really cold here lately (-30ish w/ windchill).

Anyone know if these corollas had a problem with their heater blower? I was thinking of picking one up from either the wreckers or find someone with a parts car. But before I do that, I tried making sure all the connections were good, and also tried resetting the circuit breaker. No luck so far. Should I replace it or is there something I overlooked?

Check if you can hear the heater fan relay click when you turn the fan switch on.

Did your model have circuit breakers? Usually it is two 15 amp fuses in the engine compartment fuse/relay block. Also the wiper? fuses is also used to supply power to the heater relay coil on/speed circuit.

There is usually no problems with the heater fans other than being worn out after years of use. Mine had lots of that foam crud used for sealing the gaps in the motor. I vacuumed it all out.

I'll check the fuse/relay block in the engine compartment one more time. Last time I checked everything seemed fine (I had to check since I was getting any fuel a couple weeks ago). There is a circuit breaker for the heater blower which is found on the passnger side kick panel. I still haven't checked the driver side kick panel yet. I'll get back to you on updates.
