What options does it have? Sunroof? Alloy wheels or covers? Manual or automatic?
If it is an automatic with all the options then that is a decent price. That price includes about $950 in texas 6.25% tax, which means you are really getting the car for about 14k. You probably won't be able to move much lower than that, the dealers don't make a ton of money on corollas.
