does anyone know what kind of work would be involved in dropping a 22RE engine into a TE72 (1980) corolla with a 3TC/5-speed. parts for my 3TC are getting harder to come by and not only that, the 22R was free

Alot.
Motor mounts and tranny mounts and the list goes on.
And I bet it wont pass emissions. I am in dallas and gave up on swaping in cars newer than 1974. Just wont pass. You are in Houston..wont pass.
I will say this...if you want to sell the 3t let me know.
Oh...and what was the sig that was banned?
