I recently purchased a 2004 Corolla S and want to remove like the Side Skirts and Front/Rear Spoiler. Anyone offer advice on best method? Anyone want to guess what these are worth???

You're not gonna make the "difference" from an S to an LE or CE by selling these.. if that's what you're thinking..

putting on a new kit, i hope...

i've had a close look at my sister in law's Corolla S, and it's all held on with glue..

but i have seen some S's with a piece of the rear skirt missing, and it has a few holes, so take off the entire bumper for that, as for the rest, im not sure, maybe you can pry it off slowly, or with a chisel get in there...

of course that might scratch the paint..
