Exclamation Help Me!!! Please!

OK to start off my car wouldnt start for a loong time, I figured it was the starter, so i bought a new one and I couldnt get the last bolt off of the bellhousing, so I said f*ck it and put everything back on my starter. My dad suggested that I get it a jump start and try one last time, so I did and marcasily it started YAY! ok now the car runs really rough, it shakes alot, and it alot louder than it ever was. Everytime it starts running it just sounds wrong and anytime I'm stoped it sounds as if its going to just shut off. So the first thing I did was speculate that water was in teh carb so I went to my local Auto Zone and bought some Carb cleaner and gas cleaner. One of them said they were supose to elimanate any water residue. But now my car is still running really rough, it shakes alot is still loud and just dosent sound right. Is my carb idled at teh wrong setting? Do I just need more and cleaner oil? Do i need new spark plugs? Please if anyone knows the exact problem of my car or any suggesttions or fix my car, I keep thinking of just taking it to an auto shop and have them do a full tune up and mantenice job done after I get my tax refund, But if I could do it myself and save myself a grip of money that would be awsome. All help is very much welcome!!!THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

No one is gonna know the "exact" problem of your car.. because they're not there to see it happen.. keep trying man.. try changing the plugs and the cap and rotor. You can probably do it yourself.. you got 2 hands and some tools I hope. Just make sure that when you're replacing the cap, you go wire by wire. Don't take them all off at once or you'll be screwed.. same thing with the plugs, make sure you gap them properly.
