I got an obdII scanner and read 401 on my 97' after the check engine light came on. The scanner book says "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected", while my Haynes book says "EGR insufficient flow detected" Is this major? has anybody dealt with this? I think it is a California problem. Thanks
