94 corolla 1.6 start problem

Engine seems to flood when trying to start on cold mornings. Must hold accelerator to floor in order to start engine. After warm up everything works great.

i might be inclined to check the water temp sensor that the computer uses i believe there is 2 it may be sending a false signal telling the computer the engine is hott thus theres not enough fuel for a cold start.
