In general, you can get a aftermarket anything if you look hard enough. Specifically, I wouldn't really know.
And why would you need water injection on a intake? First I heard of that.
Yes there's a way to change from an auto to manual. However, many would tell you that it's a lot of work, and you'd have to bolt stuff in places where they shouldn't exist. For the latter, I don't think that's really true...think about it, auto and manual would have the same frame. Sure, mechanicallly they're different, but if you change out the parts, wouldn't the parts locate in the same places as a car that came as a manual?
DIY changing auto-manual would run you $1000 just for parts, at LEAST. Of course, trading it in would get your a manual easily without work, but your car won't be returning the same value as when you bought it.
My suggestion: Even if you have an auto, if you're in daily rush hour traffic, what's the point of a manual? If you're driving a corolla, you probably drive it because it's fun to just drive it around. And IMO auto or manual, the corolla satisfies just that.
Of course, that previous statement doesn't stop me from pumping up my car...even if it's auto, there's still a sense of pride in owning one, you know?
