I ahve a 95 corolla. the saet belt sign strays on all the time. The seat belt (drivers') is working just fine. Dont know how to get rid of it?
Also, the rear set belts dont retract back- any way to fix that?

as for the seatbelt light, pull the gauge cluster out and remove the bulb.

the rear belts not retracting, spray some lithium grease on the bearing.

Thanks Blue.
What caused the seat belt light to be contiuosly on in the first place?
Second, pardon my ignorance, but I know not where the bearing is located.
I probably should get the haynes manual!

Or just take the plug off from under the seat and jump the two wires together. Then it will think the seatbelt is always done up.
