New car; a few questions

All right, always have been a Toyota fan and recently got myself a '99 Corolla VE as a daily driver. Pretty basic, no options on it or anything, white, that grey/tan interior :p , 5 speed. 46k miles.

Either way, I've been looking at what is available for this car. I autocross an MR2 (look at my garage), but since the MR2 is down for the time, and I did need a more practical daily driver and winter car, the Corolla came to be choice. Looking at doind KYB struts with either Intrak or Eibach springs. Also looking at TRD short shifter. The big one is whether I can manage to get the '03+ TRD Supercharger to work. I've seen that there is a space issue under the hood, but does anyone know about the ECU on this version of the Corolla versus the '03-up?

Cosmetically, I really would like to redo the interior in black and white. Was wondering if anyone know of a very high quality paint that bonds extremely well, and dyes for the fabric. The last thing I want is that cheap cheap look for the interior. Also wondering if a Corolla was made with a black interior that I could just gut and put into my car.

Finally, I have no tach. Now, I know this is typical, as I had a Tercel and was about to put in a Paseo cluster before it got hit by a Nissan Pathfinder. I'm wondering what model's had tachs, and I saw a cluster on E-bay with just a few more miles than my car, which would be a nice fit, as I could keep the same milage. How much work is involved, and what should I look for? Any help would be nice.

Can't think of much else at the moment. Glad I found this place, will likely make my life much easier. Thanks in advance for any info you guys got.

I know for the 01-02's and some CE's, S's get the tach while the LE gets the tach too .. it's an option..

you can probably get from EBAY or junk yard.. I think you can swap out the odometer. it'l remember your milage.
