Identify a front lip on a 2003 Corolla?

A friend of mine is in a bit of a pinch. He bought a used 2003 Toyota Corolla LE a while back, and unbeknownst to him (he's not much of a car guy) it was carrying an aftermarket body kit. Here's a picture of the car before it was damaged.



Now, in some parking-lot mishap or whatever, it's picked up a nasty crack in that front lip. He'd like to get it replaced, but neither he nor the body shop he took it to can figure out who made the part.

It's apparently not a Toyota/TRD product, and I haven't been able to find anything that looks just like it on the web -- lots of parts look almost like it, but not quite. Is there anybody here who could identify it?

Looks like its a whole bodykit.. the sideskirts aren't OEM either.

don't know about you guys.. but from looking at it.. I get these ugly Erebuni thoughts in my mind.. they make some ugly-ass kits and this one just cries Erebuni to me.

does anyone knows, since when toyota is taking out corollas with ECT? i have one since december 04 and it doesnt have ECT... help me out please
