Poor Spark Diagnosis

1984 Corolla, almost 200k. Went to start the car the other day, started and ran for a little while, got to about the street and unburned gas started coming out the tailpipe and it eventually died. Checked for spark at one of the wires, the spark is orange when held 1/4" above my radiator support. Checked for 12V to the coil, checked the coil primary and secondary windings, replaced cap and roter, what am I missing.
