Question eLECTRICAL pROBLEMS W/ 1991 COROLLA

I am having problems with my 91 corolla. The fasten seatbelt warning light is coming on when I turn off the car. also the heater fan continues to run with key removed. If i turn heater fan to off it will turn off and won't restart until key is back in and turned to on. the fasten seatbelt light will also go off when key is turned to on (does not matter if any belts are buckled in either case). The car battery will completely discharge in 24-48 hours if car is not run. Any suggestions???

If you pull ALL the fuses out, will it still discharge?

Sounds like maybe a bad ignition switch? Regards, Aaron

Yeah, either the switch or a sticky relay.
