and where can i find that same taillight for cheaper?? i looked on ebay but found nothing except the Euro altezzas which have a black trim to it which is not what I want.

y woulnt they be... there is nothing wrong with them, normally if they are illegal there is a light being hidden to much, plus im pretty sure all altezza lights are legal
