listen and listen very carefully, mods such as cai(cold air intake) headers, catback and other stage 1 mods doesn't mean much if your engine is stock 117 hp which is the highest hp 93-97 corolla come with and unless your engine runs immaculately it won't perform at exactly 117 hp. i should know i have one. if you have a 4afe please don't even bother they are economy engines nothing else, a 7afe ....meh i still wouldn't bother. do more research and understand how the engines for these cars work and then use your judgement to decide which would be the best mod for you bro. honestly you want real speed and not just noise shooting out the back of your car i strongly suggest an engine swap if you can afford it. 4age 20v silvertop from a levin would suit your corolla perfectly and its 160 hp stock if am not mistaken, also the engine is much better if you are looking to go fast(it can handle a turbo). main thing is do your research THOROUGHLY and then make sensible decisions on what mods you want for your car. I would save the money and go with stage 2 mods(engine swap, changing other internal car parts). but hey its up to you, if you just want a little boost go with the whole token catback, ceramic headers, and cai(cold air intake). if you want real speed seriously consider what i wrote. remember that it doesn't make any sense puttin unnecessary money into engines that weren't designed to go fast thats like spraying a rock gold, its just for looks, but it won't have any value to it ya feel me. pm me i have loads of material that will help you make your corolla sweet man, but do realize these are economy cars so it won't be cheap.
sorry for making it so long.
