Umm.. is that a water-to-air intercooler? If it ain't then it must run like crap with no air getting to the intercooler (I don't see any air scoop for the TMIC I see).

its the standard gze intercooler setup from an MR2. I'm just waiting for the carbon-fiber hood with integrated scoop that my friend is fabricating for me. Will post pics once installed.

no... it's a FWD setup intercooler.... the mr2's weren't set on top of the engine but off to the side.... all of the FWD cars have scoops and the s/c mr2's have a special engine lid with a vent covering the entire intercooler
