03' Corolla S problem

Hey guys...
I have a 2003 Corolla S. Everytime I start it up in the morning, it takes longer than normal to warm the car. Does anyone know why this happens? On my other cars, normal warming time would be approx. 3-5 minutes depending on temperature but for my corolla, the warm time is long no matter what the outside temperature is. This problem only happens when the car has not been turned on/driven for more than 3 hours.
If anyone knows whats wrong then please let me know. thanks.

How much time do you consider a long time? Our 03 corolla S usually takes a good 5-10 minutes to warm up depending on the weather when it's been sitting overnight (or for more than couple of hours). When you're driving it, does it warm up faster or you're letting it sit for a bit before taking off?

I let it sit for a while before going because the car runs a lot smoother and the pick up is a lot faster when the car is fully warmed. I consider more than 6 minutes to be quite long for warming. My other toyotas do not require warming so long. I also have a 02' Corolla and a 03' Camry.
