The dealer has replaced the gas cap 3 times! Now they are telling me the threads in the fuel filler neck are beat up from placing the gas nozzle into the filler neck. Has anyone heard of this before?

The only CE light I have had in 3 years was for a MAF sensor. Get the codes read at auto parts store and post them here.
