There are tons of aftermarket cat-backs for AE86, in the under diff configuration.
Yes when you jack the car the axle housing will come down, crushing the exhuast. You could compensate by using 2 jacks and keep the axle housing from touching the pipe. Or you could get short stroke dampers, the housing might clear the pipe depending on your settings.
I have short adjustable KYBs and the rear does not drop all that much, not like it used to
Just though of something .... what if i make a hanger on the body and one on the diff and throw a chain on it when i am doing to jack the car up ?

just a quick question ont he topic, if i fully strait pipe my ae86, and split it into 2 side pipes, will i have any motor issues, i have heard of burning up seals ect?
