3rd Generation need a new engine for 96 prizm

I think my engine is going bad but I dont want to throw away my college car. I was kinda thinking of a swap over a year ago. Ive seen some pictures of a 4age silver top into a corolla. Im thinking of doing the same thing. My question is how hard will the swap be if you have the transmission, engine and ecu. I saw a site selling these parts for less than 1000 dollars. How much harder is the 4age silver top swap compared to the 7afe swap into a car with a 4afe originally?

7AFE will be direct if you use the 4AFE manifolds or adapt the 4AFE sensors to the 7AFE manifolds. A silvertop 20V will be a whole new can of messy messy worms...

if I bought the 7afe complete with manifolds and ecu then it will be just a direct bolt on? what is the easiest 4age to swap into a 96 prizm then?
