EFI Tune-up questions...
I've got a voucher for a free EFI Tune-up, and was wondering if there's anything in particular I should do before I get it done. I drive an AE92 Manual Hatch.
Things such as oil/filter/plugs and air cleaner, fuel filter?
If I was to fill the tank with 95RON Premium fuel and get it tuned, would it likely to be cheaper to run on that than to get it tuned and run on 91RON regular? (Would the 95RON cut fuel use by about 8% compared to the 91?)
The car's just hit 300,000km and starting to get a little thirsty. Its also had a pretty hard life as I've needed to replace the clutch, engine mount and steering rack since I got it, as well as the oil being midnight black when I picked it up. Currently running about 8-9L/100km with reasonably light driving.
What's your opinons?
