SAFC nope if your car isnt running with heavy mods.

turbo timer = let the engine cool down if it overheat but you should fix the cooling system
SAFC = nothing until you spend another $200 to tune it on dyno. 5-10%, most likely 5% with a stock car. Stock engine runs pretty rich at WOT.

Installing a SAFC and putting fuelmaps from "feeling" basis is a good way to kill performance, fuel economy and engine life.

turbo timer = let the engine cool down if it overheat but you should fix the cooling system <- And that wont do that at all. Turbotimer only runs the engine on idle after you've turned the key off, to run oil through the turbocharger, so that oil doesnt burn to the bearings. It has nothing to do with actually cooling the engine.
