2 questions. will the turbo manifold for a 4age/4agze fit my 7afe. i know they have a different head but i was wondering since these engines are very similiar if a turbo manifold i found for a 4age would fit my 7afe. also can i take forged pistons from a 4agze and throw it in my 7afe?

Probly not unless you swap over a 4AG/Z head & pistons and turn your 7AFE into a 7AGE first.

fwik, the manifold wont fit.
pistons should fit. my friend runs a boosted 4afe using gze pistons.

hey here can i get some gze pistons. i went to autozone, because they advertise now that they sell salvage parts. i asked him for forged pistons for the 4agze he laughed, quite heartily too. lol. but seriously tho where can i find forged pistons.

oh hey your friend with the boosted 4afe. what other things did he get for his setup. bigger fuel pump i'd imagine, injectors, turbo manifold, fuel pressure regulator any extra info would help thx everybody.

Just go to Toyota and get them there. Last time I checked they were about $350CAD for the entire set.

i thought they made a turbo kit for those engines ?? here it is... http://www.turbo-kits.com/corolla_turbo_kits.html bit on the expensive side but you get a free boost gauge ohh and free shipping
