corolla springs=xrs springs?

I was looking at the TRD site, and noticed that the trd corolla xrs springs carry the same item number as the regular corolla springs, which made me wonder.....Would any lowering spring for an 05 corolla also fit the xrs? I'll probably end up trying it, but if someone has already done it and could confirm this it'd be great. So um, anyone seen it done?

Not sure about the TRD springs, but the stock springs have an increased rating so they are stiffer than standard Corolla springs.

The XRS springs arent considered TRD springs, but do have a different spring rate. Any 03-05 Corolla springs will fit your XRS

I think the XRS is .5 inches lower stock. Therefore, if you take a spring that'll drop a Corolla 1.5 inches from stock height, I think your XRS will only get dropped 1". Correct my if I'm wrong.

Yeah XRS is half an inch lower with the increased rating springs.
