ive just returned from a visit to east texas and i spotted out a couple of corollas. Back home in australia i have thought about buying a corolla as my first car. i was just wondering is it worth buying a 1995 'rolla as my first and what terrific upgrades could i do to her

my 95 is a decent car, I only ended up with it cause my Camry got totalled and we needed a beater commuter quickly ... I would suggest getting one with a manual tranny. My sister has a 96 1.6l manual and, as do most toyotas, it seems as if it will last forever.

seeing as your from austrailia, it might be possible to find a sportivo turbo, heard of them would love to know more seeing we share the same 7A-FE engine minus the turbo
