my cigarette light won't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what the problem is. I pulled the fuse which says cig/radio and it's fine. It's a 20 amp one. Problem happened a while ago when I plugged in my fire fighter light and it worked for a few seconds then stopped. After that the cigarette lighter does not function, I have tried putting in the lighter and it always comes out cold. I haven't checked the fire light.. Any ideas?

You need a test light or DMM/DVOM to check if you're actually getting power/ground to the lighter socket. If you're not, make sure the fuse is really 'fine'. Get a wiring diagram.

if none of that works and you can't figure it out you could just rewire it.....just run a prower from some source, get an inline fuse and hook it up to the positive on the lighter. then just gound it and you should be fine.
