Weber 32/36

Anyone know where I can get one online or offline? Also, what else would I need to swap it for the original carb? Is it as simple as putting a Holley on a SBC?

yeah, it's pretty straight forward. just do a search on Weber carbs. i'm not sure who has the best deals anymore...bought 3 of them when i converted my Tercel years ago. you may want to buy the Weber adaptors if you don't fabricate really well. sometimes you may end-up needing to fabricate some stuff for the throttle cable.

What engine? I had a 32/36 on my 71 2TC. It came with an adapater to bolt onto the stock intake manifold. 4 bolts on the carb, then 4 countersunk bolts that bolted the adapter to the manifold. I did have to rig up an arm for the throttle cable to hook to, but it wasn't that hard. It ran REALLY good with that carb. Look around for an Offenhauser dual port manifold that would probably be pretty decent on that engine.

Paradise racing have weber carb's with inlet manifolds adaptersfor 4A-c and other toyota engines. I believe they also had another camshaft for the 4a-c too.

Another source may be to get a Holley from a Chrysler 2.2 engine(Omni/Horizon),or a Weber from a Ford Capri, even though those cars are becoming pretty rare. Most Holleys used a power valve for extra enrichment.
It's the same design, and my suggestion would be to use an F6 emulsion tube on both the primary, and secondary, regardless of which variety you find(F6 is more common on the secondary side w/ some smog-tuned tube on the primary).
After some jetting, those carbs will run very good, get great mileage too.
