ideas for my project car.

I have an 88 a92 rolla. I need some ideas on what I can do to it, other than buying a levin front clip, for performance. I want to get better performance, but I need to suggestions and ideas.

I had one idea, turboing the 4a-ge, but I want more ideas.

Supercharger is out of the question, too much money

Supercharger? Expensive?

And you want to turbo??

Why not just get the 4agze (supercharged 4age) from a levin? Straight bolt in and setup for under 3500$. 170hp and 165 lbs of torque (hi-comp version) or get a low-comp (145 hp like in the mr2's) and put a pulley on it good for 14 psi (Cusco, Nevo) good for about 190 hp.

Turboing the car will definately cost you over 4500$.

My biggest issue is finding a 4a-gze engine. But if I get a 4a-gze from an mr2, what else should I get?

An old friend of mine was looking at my engine today when we switched my headlamps, and he said I have an mr2 engine... He got me confused... I know the mr2 engine is a 4a-gze with a super-charger(what hp does it push?), then what is the non super-charged mr2? Just a normal 4a-ge engine?? So wouldn't that mean my engine can actually handle a super-charger??

i could try that, but I would need a new pulley larger crankshaft, and a new ecu with wiring harness.
