Corolla 93-97 model differences

Hi!
What are the main differences between the jdm-model and the other of the corolla 93-97?
I know that the grill and the headlights are not the same.
Do JDM-headlights fit on the european version?
Are the fenders exactly the same?

Is important, because I want to import these things to germany.

fwik, the jdm and eudm versions are fairly similar and are interchangeable.

the usdm headlights won't fit unless you use a usdm grille.

I have the headlights at home but they don't fit even without any grille. Getting the grille would be no problem.

Is JDM-grille=USDM-grille?

nope. jdm/eudm grille is different.

modified usdm grille

jdm sprinter wagon grille

btw, the AE101 sprinter and trueno grilles will not fit the usual AE101 sedan unless you change the headlights, hood, and fenders.

Ok, then we have the same as the jdm-headlights

But I bought jdm-headlights and they are usdm, as you say. The headlights are for sedan/wagon.

But I think youre right. They don't fit unless you change the headlights, hood, and fenders.

So on many auctions the desription is wrong? Like this:

they should fit without you having to change the hood and fenders if they're for the sedan. if they're patterned after the USDM headlights, the only thing you'd need to change is the grille.

have you tried installing them?

i think you'd need a new harness as well since fwik, the jdm/eudm headlights only have 1 socket for the bulb. the headlight you have looks like it needs 2 sockets.

Thats right, the headlights need 2 sockets. Thats no prob.
The curve of the fender is different to the curve of the cornerlight.
The headlight without cornerlight fits.

Getting grills will be no problem.

Those two pics you posted look exactly the same... are you sure the grilles are not interchangeable?

yup. tried it. if i use the JDM grille, the USDM headlights won't bolt on and vice versa.
likewise, the JDM corner lights won't bolt on to the USDM headlights.

But I got cornerlights, which don't fit into the EUDM (=JDM) fenders.
