Question Choking/hesitation issues, please help

A couple of weeks aga my 98 corolla starting to sputter when gasing, so i bought new spark plugs and it worked fine for about 2 weeks, then it started happening again, whenever shifting to 2,3,4,5 gear car could hesitate/choking when gasiing, i happens whenever i let go of the gas and then gas again, car shakes abit from choking. so i just ended up buying new spark plug wires, now my car idle hards and the car vibrates a bit, never did that before i changed wires, i think the problem is worse than it was before i changed the wires, all the wires snap in good, maybe i hooked up the wires wrong, does it have to go in any particular order in the coil? could it be my fuel pump, 98 corolla doesn't have fuel filter. don't know what else it could be, thanks for any help.

first you might want to make sure that you have your wires hooked up correctly. if they are wrong your car will run like crap. I had a problem with my 89 corolla when i push on the gas about 1/2 throttle it would bog down. The problem was the TPS(Throttle Position Sensor). You don't have to buy a new one, it's adjustable. You just have to twist it a little bit and test it out. That should fix your problem.

do your spark plug wires have to be a certain way. don't know how to explain this, for
examples the longest plug cable which coil would it connect to or does it matter at all.
