Speaker not working and noise when on bass

Hi there,

My right hand side speaker in my 1993 Corolla is not working. I noticed this problem very recently.. It used to work in the past . This problem occured when I changed the knob to enable the front door speakers. I tried all settings of the control knob to see if it can enable the rear right hand speaker.

And also when i set the knob to bass.. i hear some noise from the speaker. Can any one suggest me how to diagnose the problem with my right hand side speaker and reduce the noise.
