90 Corolla Door Lock Problem

I have electronic door locks. My passenger door lock seems to be stuck and so I can not open the door. All the other locks operate when I use the button and also work manually but this does not work manually or otherwise.
Is there something that I can do to get this door open? Can I try to slim jim the lock to get it open?

Is it possible that the electronic lock is stuck in the locked position and if it is do I need to take it to a garage.

i wouldn't pay anyone to look at that, just remove the panel (inside cover) and see whats up....maybe the rod is jammed and just needs to be set free.

it's very easy to remove that panel, unscrew the 2 screws holding in that arm rest thing, the 1 holding in the "open" lever, pull that forward and then unclip it from that rod (should be a green clip i think). then remove (if ur windows are manual) the window crank. there's a clip that holds that in that looks like an "ohms" symbol, u have to pop that out. they have a tool to do it, or u can use a thin rag and slip it in, and work around the crank until u pop out the clip, be careful u don't lose it though, sometimes they can go flying. then there are clips around the panel on the sides and bottom, simply pull it toward urself. all thats left is to lift it upward and it should be free. next u'll see a plastic "bag like" cover, carefully (it's easy to rip) just pull that off. take a look around and see whats up. maybe ur solenoid is dead and u need to change it, or like i said, maybe its somehow jammed. either way i think u'll be able to fix it on ur own without paying a shop to do it. hope that helps, post back any questions if i wasn't clear enough, i'm pretty tired...i hope that made sense lol
