radiator help!

my car is over heating, ive changed the water pump and the thermostat and filled the radiator back up. the car got hot and i can feel the heat in the top hose but the bottom hose is cold. Does that mean the radiator is blocked?? and needs to be reversed flushed???

You could have scaling and buildup inside your head and blcok, but I would throw a new radiator in first. They are pretty cheap. Regards, Aaron

Could mean that you have an air bubble block...Did you Burp your car after filling your radiator back up?(meaning letting the air out after running your car) there should be a bleeder type screw near your gooseneck...It can cause a block just like a solid buildup...If the radiator wasn't blocked before your installation of these items it shouldn't all of a sudden be now...good luck...Radd Guy...

$100+ Not cheap if your on a budget or going to school and if replacing it didn't solve the problem...Radd Guy...

I had/am having the same problem, I flushed the radiator Twice. Car runs the guage in the middle....not overheating, but the top hose is hot, and the bottom is cold. Even though the guage shows normal, the rad overflow is always taking on fluid....back to the bottom hose, should it be cold/hot? i might go with a new rad, beafore a disaster
