Damn...
I have a Gen7 1.5 (Japan Engine) Toyota Corolla...

What kinds of sounds? If it's squealing, it might just need anti-squeal paste.

It may also be the rotors.. mine make a grinding noise when cold. and they squeak when they warm up.

Pull the wheel and inspect it...If you ask a question like "What do you guys think it is" here your going to get 100 different answers, when all you have to do is pull the wheel/wheels and inspect it yourself and find out for sure...You never said what kind of sound ...both sides? one side? just a little squeak? light scraping?..loud metal to metal sound? .Better to catch it sooner then later so it won't ruin the rotor or lock up and get you into an accident.....best pads I have used if you care about the car is Bosch or Bendix ceramic pads$60...If its just a ride then get some cheap store brand semi-metalic pads $15, they work fine...JMHO...Radd Guy

My front discs squeaks(quite loud), both of them.

I think i hear a little of it when i brake hard from fast pace.
Not everyone can hear that sound.

If the pads are new.. then probably its the calipers that are sticking.. early sign of seizing calipers.

well if new pad have this sounds mean that pad is no good...
My brake have to work hard when i'm driving my car...
I always go faster than the speed limit. sometime 2 times of it...
So if the brake is not functioning good better change a new one rather have something unpredictable happen, isn't it....

I really don't think its your pads..Like REN69 said its probably an early sign of seizing calipers...their not backing off...Have your wheels been hot after driving, a burning smell?...If you don't mind spending the money and the time putting in new pads because you think that is the problem then go for it, make sure all the clips are there and put on right and the rotors aren't worn....good luck....Radd Guy

make sure you have shims + anti-squeel glue in between the back of the pads and the shims.

also, if you put on new pads without resurfacing your rotor, your rotor may be glazed and should be at least sanded down. I've had a major problem with this on my maxima .. i just sorta lived with the problem till i changed both pads and rotors at the same time.

did you break-in your new pads properly? 2 ways .. either babying it or doing 15-20 hard stops from 30-15mph (never actually come to a full stop)...
