Interior Neon Help

I bought some Interior Neons for my 05 corolla LE and I wanted to know what would be the best way to hook them up so it only runs at night and not in the day. Possibly when I turn on my lights? parking lights? I dunno. It is a two wire hookup. Can anyone help me please. Thanks.

Either sig lighter fuse or instrument cluster light fuse in the interior fuse box would be easiest, then attach a switch somewhere in the line.

Any Diagrams of how it would look? I'm a visual person. hahaha. Thanks for your replies. I will try it. So do I hook up the Neon wires (two wires) to the switch? and the switch wire to the Cig lighter? Does that sound right?
