4A-LC Piston Removal

Please HELP
Can you remove the #4 piston from the bottom? I had a blown head gasket between #3 & #4, the cylinder walls looked good so I put on the new head gasket and put the head back on. I now have LOTSA crankcase pressure and useing oil like mad, compression comes up to 150 on #4 after a couple turns, the other cylinders are all 150 PSI. #4 spark plug gets fouled up some, exhaust smokes a lot right after startup, but clears after driving. It is useing a quart every hundred miles! Sure would be nice to pull the pan and take #4 out the bottom if possible.
Thanks for any help.

well, if you manage to get it out somehow, how are you going to compress the rings to get it back in? i dont think your gonna get it past the crank anyways, pop the head and do the job right

The head has to come off before any pistons can come out.
